Brett Modlin
Brett Lee Modlin, 59, died on Sept. 18, 2012, in Mesa.
A celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. Sept. 28 at First Presbyterian Church of Casa Grande.
Mr. Modlin was born on March 7, 1953, in Florence. He attended school in Casa Grande and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1971. He worked for Salt River Project and retired after 29 years of service. His favorite pastimes were golf and fishing, and he enjoyed spending time in the White Mountains. He also enjoyed his dog and constant companion, Sheba.
Survivors include hismother, June Modlin of Casa Grande; two sisters, Paula Armenta of Chandler and Paige Modlin of Gilbert; three nieces; and two great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Modlin, and a brother, Blake Modlin.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Compassus or First Presbyterian Church.
